About A Graceful Greeting
After 8 years working in corporate management, the company I worked for decided to close their doors. I now realize this was a blessing in disguise. I took advantage of this time and spent it with my husband and son. After a year of carpools and volunteering at my son's school, I wanted to work but not necessarily go into an office.
My husband suggested I do something I was passionate about. Prior to entering the corporate world, I had 7 years of high-end retail management experience and a love for fashion! I ventured into the world of eBay. I found that there were customers who were excited about the clothing I was listing and it blossomed into Shopping Girlz, a store on eBay which also provides online personal shopping. I now have clients spanning from California to the UK to Australia. My business thrives on loyal, repeat customers. With my shipments to my personal customers, I would include a note or a thank you card but I always felt that this wasn't enough. In an effort to find a more meaningful way to express my gratitude, I searched the internet and discovered greeting cakes.
What a great way to thank someone and show them how much I appreciate their business! After my customers received their "present", I immediately received an email or phone call telling me how excited their children were to help make the cakes and how "yummy" the cakes were! This is when I decided to become a distributor for The Greeting Cake Company.
